After moving to FL over 20 years ago, John’s interest in Real Estate was piqued when he managed the clearing, building and sales of over 150 homes throughout Royal Palm Beach and Wellington communities for Majestic Builders. In 2001, John decided to take the plunge into Real Estate and use his combined IT, Building and Sales background to become rapidly successful in this Field. Within 3 short years of his launch, John was ranked #9 in sales out of all Keller Williams agents in total overall production in S. FL, by 2007 he was ranked #5! Since then, our sales have remained strong despite this wavering market. Now as a team, the Simmonds Realty Team is ranked as the #1 Sales Team in Jupiter.
After building her career’s foundation in the Marketing and Training field, Amy was rapidly promoted to manage bank clients throughout the Northeast ranging from 5 Million to 10 Billion in assets. She later became the National Field Director working with clients like American Express, Proctor and Gamble, GE, and more. But, after the birth of her 2nd child in 2003, she decided to switch gears and join forces with John. Amy’s combined experience in sales, marketing and training has transitioned fantastically into Real Estate.
John and Amy love working with people and are fiercely loyal to their clients. Amy Lynn Cordeiro is the Simmonds Realty Team’s Executive Assistant. She manages the team’s administrative functions and staff. She will review your information and work closely with our marketing team to create a detailed listing and delegate all tasks involved with carrying out the dynamic customized marketing campaign that we will launch for your listing. Once your home is under contract, Amy Lynn will exercise extreme vigilance in ensuring that every detail of your sale is perfectly in place to ensure a smooth closing. Watch out…she might not only make this easy…it could turn out to be fun!
Julia Vogt is the Simmonds Realty Team’s Administrative Assistant. From the moment that we begin working with you, Julia will launch a customized marketing campaign designed specifically to sell YOUR home. She will track down and report to you on realtor and buyer feedback, be your main point of contact through the listing process and continue to communicate attention grabbing information about your listing out to potential buyers and their agents while your home is on the market. She’s organized, creative and resourceful…and we’re really glad that she doesn’t work for the competition!
Lee Schadt is a Realtor for the Simmonds Realty Team who specializes in working with home buyers. Lee’s career has spanned 15+ years in Sales and Sales Management centered around customer service. Lee will work closely with the entire team to seamlessly market your home to our potential buyers. Lee will have excellent knowledge of the details of your home once listed. His sole responsibility is to provide excellent customer service to our buyers and market our listings as he works with these clients.
Gigi Lohren is our full-time sales assistant. Her main responsibility is to market our team and listings to our local communities. She builds trusting relationships and educates all of the residents surrounding our listings who may be shopping for a home with your home’s features and attributes.
